WORE VIOLENT SCENES. (By Telegraph.—Press Aeaoclatlon.—Copyright.) PARIS, July 11. Received July 12, 12.20 a.m. There were violent scenes in the Chamber on a Socialist motion to reinstate railway men. M. Caillaux promised to approach the companies, but refused to coerce them. He added that though he agreed with the Socialists’ democratic reforms, he would never agree with them regarding demagogy, disorder and tumult. M. Jaures • hurled vituperative epithets at the Deputies and the Extreme Left and Left shouted at each other. It was difficult to prevent them from cpming to blows and the sitting was suspended.
