Received March 15, 11.10 p.m. Mr Haldane , during the Army debate, announced that Lord Kitchener and a committee of experts would .investigate the question of the required development of Roval Engineers. He added that construction corps of 600 railway engineers would be organised, with traffic corps of 1200 men for handling in war time.
