SUBMARINES POB ABEOAD. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright.) LONDON, 'Nov. 16. The Pall Mall Gazette says that early in 1311 a flotilla of submarines* will leave for Hongkong, where ,it .will be permanently stationed. This is the first step towards the distribution of the naval basis abroad. The next flotilla will probably be sent to Gibraltar. A CQTXR.T MARTIAXj. LONDON, Nov. 10. A court martial at Sheerness found Captain Edward Fitzherbert guilty of negligence in allowing H.M.S. Bedford to be stranded at Quclpaert (Japan), dismissed him from the Pembroke (whereon he had since been serving) and severely reprimanded him. A CANADXAH ORDEIS.
OTTAWA, Nov. 10. Canada has ordered an Admiralty cruiser of the Bristol class.
