By’ Telegraph.—Press Association.—Copyright,
SOFIA, March 15.
Stifahoff, a Bulgarian, abducted a Mussulman girl, and the Court decided that, being a minor, she must be returned to her parents. The populace at 'RiSstchuk supported Stifahoff’s resistance of the decree. The police killed sixteen of the rioters, and wounded a hundred, many seriously. The Minister of the Interior is-widely blamed, .likewise the police and military of Rustchuk for over-zealously and culpably executing the Court’s order in the face of public excitement. The ■ guard has been reinforced. Czar Ferdinand is much upset over the incident.
