Per United Press Association. WELLINGTON'. April 29. At the Appeal Court to-day judgment was reserved in the case of Rex v. Soler. In Rex v. Black and others, appellants had been convicted of breaking and entering at Wanganul. Counsel for the Crown In the Appeal Court admitted that the evidence was insufficient to support a conviction, and the conviction was therefore quashed.
