Ho states that llakinan’s tribe is willing 'to surrender Kaid Mac Lean preluded the Sultan personally proceeds to the country to pardon them and excuse them from service in the Imperial Army and relieve them of taxes. The Uribe refuse to deliver Kaisuli, tout guarantee his good behaviour, if they are pardoned and their properly is returned.
