Flood in Algeria
THOUSANDS OF HOUSES INUNDATED. Per Unite-* Press Association. By Electric Telegraph.—t-opyrigui,. ALGIEIIS, Feb. 13. Received l»3th, 9.35 p.m. The town of Dona In Algeria is flooded. Thousands of houses, the municipal and other buildings have been inundated. Bread is scarce. A number of natives were drowned. The damage is estimated at a million francs. (Bona is a town on the shores of the Mediterranean, with a population of about 31,000.')
