CHRISTCHURCH, Feb; 18; A girl named Ivy Warner, aged 19, was brought to the Christchurch hospital about three o'clock this morning, suffering from a severe wound in the throat, alleged to have been self-inflicted. 'lhe girl hud been staying with relations ut Aylesbury, and was found yesterday evening with her throat badiy cut and a butcher’s kuifq close 'by. She was brought to the hospital at oncg. No reason is assigned for the act. The girl is at present in a serious condition.
