Per United Press Association.; • CHRISTCHURCH, Sept. 4 t Mr T. E. Taylor, who was ,tO have addressed a mcetingt of hi 9 supporters in Christchurch North tonight, left for Wellington by the steamer. He stated that he had received an urgent message in connection with the voucher affair, which made his presence in tho House to-morrow afternoon imperative.
