Messrs I. W. Raymond wind Co. report having sold this week the fjJ.owing properties —
On account Mrs A. McDonald; of Menzies Ferry, her well-knJwn farm, being sections 249, 250, and part section 245, block 3, Mataura Hundred and part Edendalo estate, containing 330 acres first-class heavy river fiat land, with good buildings thereon. The purchaser is Mr John Stinson, of Jainaru, but well and favourably known as lately farming close to his present purchase, which shows that, after two- years’ travels, Mr Stinson thinks that there is no bettei value than the Ferry property. On account Mr A. R. Ayson, part oi G*reen’ Hill property (lately bought by him from Mrs A. Hunter), being, part section 21, block (>, Wyndham district, containing 144 acres, to Mr Thomais Hunter, of South Wyndham. On account Mr Donald Cameron, Mataura, section 23, block 8, Inkcnnan street, Wyndham, containing 1 rood, to Mr Alan Leitch.
On account Mr John Morris, of F.dendalo, section' 4, block 4, Menzies Ferry, containing 10a Ir, to Mr James McGlinchey, of Menzies Ferry, at a 'cry satisfactory figure. On account Mrs A. Hunter, of Soutli WyndhaJm, Education reserve, CJlenham, being section 8, block 10, containing 325 acres 2 roods 10 poles, to Mr Benjamin Ross<
On account Mr Joseph Stock, of Invercargill, sections 21 and 22, block 9, Balaclava street, and section 5. block 9, Nightingale street, Wyndhajn, to Mr Geo. Hunter.
On account Mi' John Gouge, section 8, block 8, and sections 26 and 27, block 8, Inkerman street, to Mr Andrew Howe.
On account Mrs McDonald, Menzies Ferry, reserve containing 89 acres, being section 252, block 3, to Mr John Stinson.
