The Daily Graphic says that Louis Botha’s manifesto has been manufactured for exportation, and would never have been issued unless tho Boers were aware of the existence ol a party in Britain ready to utilise alleged grievances for the purpose ol attacking the Government, attaching CAPETO WN, May 4.
The Boer leaders are co-operating with Pretoria citizens to tender a banquet to Lord Selborne, the new High Commissioner.
