French Naval Requirements

In the Chamber of Deputies the Minister of Marine declared that the German fleet would exceed that of France by 1917 unless France in (the meantime built 24 largo vessels. The proposed annua) expenditure is £4,840,000 on new vessels,, including submarines, until 1917.
