The Spanish Cardinals are dismayed that a room is not provided for their cigarette smoking. The Camerlengo was dismayed at the suggestion, but the Spaniards persist in smoking anywhere about tlie Vatican. Aug. 4. NO PROGRESS. Received 4th, 11 p.m. A sixth ballot has been taken without result. Cardinals Cretoni, I'crraud and Langenilux are ill and Cardinal Herrari is suffering from heart complaint. 1-TOs condition is critical, a;nU the viaticum has been administered to him. The Marnhal of the Conclave detected two clerics signalling to outsiders.
