Fat Cattle—2o9 head yarded, the majority being medium and light weight, and prices ."di round declined, prime bullocks and neifers b?inz 20s per head and medium 20s to 25s lower. Best bullocks £lllos to £l2 13s, medium £9 15s to £lO 17s 6d, light £8 5s to £9 10s; prime heavy cows and heifers £l2 to £l3 7s C'd, good £9 5s to £ll, medium £6 5s to £B, Did £5 to £6 17s 6d. Fat Sheep—22oo penned. At the opening sales were dull and prices Is lower, but competition improved, and the closing rates were on a level with late quotations. Best crossbred wethers 19s to 235, good toprime 16s fid to 18s 6d, medium 13s 6a to 16s, best ewes 16s 6d to 18s 6d, heavy 19s to 225, extra heavy 27s 3d, ordinary 9s to 14s. Lambs—l 24 penned. Best 14s to 15s 3d, medium to good 10s to 13s, others 8s to 9s Pigs—96 penned. The demand for suckers and slips was strong. Suckers brought 14s 6d to 16s, slips 17s 6d to 22s 6d, stores 24s 6d to 28s, porkers 30s to 38s, baconers 41s to 565. _
