[Pcs United Press Association.] Wellington, Jan. 28. The troopship Surrey leaves here to-mor-row afternoon, and is expected to get away from Auckland on Saturday evening. She will call at Sydney and Albany and land the contingent at Durban. The Cornwall, with the South Island battalion, is expected to leavo Lyttelton on Wednesday, sth prox., and go direct to Albany, arriving there about the same time as the Surrey. Ddnedin, Jan. 28. A chaplain having been appointed to the Eighth Contingent the Presbytery is asking for a similar appointment to the Ninth.
