NOT THE CLAUSE.
As passed by the Labour Bills Committee of the Legislative Council the Conciliatioa and Arbitration Bill retains the clause allowing either party to go direct to the Arbitration Court.. The clause that is struck out is clause 6, which permits special Bcmrcis to be set up from time to time to meet any case of industrial dispute.
