o (By Telecjkaph.) WELLINGTON, Feb. 26. The "Railway Commissioners explain that the dispute with Nelson Bros, is in connection with a railway siding which the latter wish to have to their works about to be erected a mile from Woodville. Nelson Bros, deaire the trains to stop at the siding, and the Commissioners object, contending that the line could not be successfully worked with stoppages at such short intervals ; also that the public convenience would be interfered with.
