William Fulton (Lumsden), Ll3 12b 9d, and costs, LI 10s ; C. Coggins v. Denia Tobin (Rakahouka Bush), L 7 10s, and costs, LI 9s 6d ; S. B. Saonders v. James Thomson, L 4 33 lOd, and costSj 6s. William Todd v. Thomas Scully. — Claim, Lls on a judgment Biimmonß.— Order made for immediate payment with costs, 159 ; in default, 14 days imprisonment. DEFENDED CASES. John Forrester v, Cornelius O'Eara. — Claim, L3l 15s lid on a judgment summons.—Mr Macalister appeared for the plaintiff and Mr Matthews for the defendant, who pleaded inability to pay.— After the defendant had been examined his Worship said it had not been proved that the defendant bad been in a position to pay since the date of the judgment. Scottish and N.Z. Investment Company v. J. 11. Smith.— Claim, LBS 13a 9d, as rates and insurance premiums paid by the plaintiffs as mortgagees of the defendont's property. — Mr Harvey for the plaintiffs, and Mr Wade for the defendant.— The case for the defence was, generally, that no authority had been given for the payment of the moneys, Mr Wade stating that be appeared merely to see that the plaintaffa proved their case.— After hearing the evidence for the plaintiffs judgment was given for the amount claimed, with costa, L 5 3s.
