Mary O'Koefe : Claim, L 7 los 3d for goods sold and delivered. — Mr Macalister appeared for the defendant, who put in a set off amounting to L 4 Is, for rabbitßkiDßßuppl_ed,and denied having received some of the goods charged for. After hearing tbe ovidence his Worship gave judgment for Ll 19a 4d, and coats 12s.
