The Houao resumed at 10 30 p.m. The Mining Act Amendment Bill was received from the Legislative Council with amendments. Sir R. Stout moved that the amendments he agreed to. The motion elicited a long discussion, and waa agreed to by 41 to 28. The Raclumation . within Wellington Harbour Pill wf_a received from the Legislative Cuiucil with amendmcQtß, which were agreed to. The House adjourned to U o'clock tomorrow,
