Deliveries by Letter Carriers are made daily — Town delivery at 9 a.m. and 2.30 p.m. Suburban delivery at 10.30 a.m. On and after Monday, the 13th inst:, the Eecond Letter Gamer's 1 eiivery will be made at 1 p m. instead of 2.30 p.m. as at present. THURSDAY, IGTH JTJHE. For the United Kingdom, the Continent of Europe, the United States, Central and South America, the West Indies, via San Francisco and the Sandwich Islands, etc , at 9.20 a.m. The English Mail of this despatch will be dne In London on "25th July. Money orders will be issued up to 4 p,m , and Letters registered up to 6 p.m, on the previous day. The Stella will leave the Blnff for tbe West Coast Soundd on or about Wednesday, the 15th met.
