Ic the event of the rejection by Chioa of France's ultunatum, Admiral Conrbet will immediately order the commanders of (he French war vessels now at Foo Chow and at Kelun — a seaport in the north of the island of Formosa — to occupy those places as a guarantee for the indemnity which is demanded as reparation for the Langson affair. CONSTANTINOPLE, Aug. 3. The outbreaak of in the Province of Yemen, is rapidly increasing, and the revolt is assuming alarming proportions. All the available troops have been despatched to Arabia with the view of subduing the rebels. CAIRO, Aug. 3.
