Tenders for the purchase of the above hotel and farm .will be received by the undersigned up to 7 p.m. on Saturday, 25th November. The hotel is about fourteen miles from Waikaia, ori the main road to Upper Waikaia diggings, and attached to the hotel is a farm of 1 14 acres, of which 16 acres are under crop, viz., 3 acres of potatoes, 8 acres of oats, and 5 acres of barley. Tbe wbole of the land is securely fenced and stibci vided, and about 30 acres are in English grass, and 20 acres in bush. The house is now undergoing alterations, and in connection with the hotel are a 5-3talled stable, chaff-house, and chaff cutter, with water-power ; cow-shed and stock-yard, and every convenience requisite for an hotel and farm. The above are now open for inspection at any time. The successful tenderer will be required to take stock and furniture at a valuation. The lowest or any tenderer not necessarily accepted .
