As it is anticipated that a large number of the shares will be subscribed for by members of the Building Society, and only a small proportion will be available for allotment to the general public, the Directors have determined to close the share list on the 30th November, 1882. In order to meet the ease of members of the Building Society whose money will be transferred for shares in this Company, and also to ensure prompt payment of calls, the first dividends will be paid on the amouut and period each shareholder's money, has been at the disposal of the Company.
