(Before Hy. MeCulloch, Esq , R.M.) Wednesday, Maech 15. E. Tyson sued Jos. Sykes for £3, balance of wages due for labor on board the Craig Ellachie. It appeared from the evidence (hat the plaintiff unrWsf.nnrJ, when engaged, that he was to receive Is 6d per hour instead of wage 9 paid by defendant. This the defendant denied, and judgment was ultimately given for defendant.
