P. Grant and Co. report: — We held a clearing sale of drapery, clothing, fancy goo:!s, &c, on the premises of Mr J. Seehof, Palmerston street, on the 15th, 16th, and 19th June. The attendance was good, and the greater portion of the stock was cleared off at satisfactory prices. Ihe sale will bo continued on Wednesday, 23rd inst., at 2 o'clock and 7 o'clock in the evening. Ihe property did not change hands, The express waggon, 2 horses, and harness, realised £80. On the 18th wo sold on account of G, V. Printz, Eeq., the Travellers' Rest Hotel, Palmerßton Btreet, for £600.
