(Before J. Turnbull, Esq., R.M.) Tuesday, June 22. Two " drunks" were dealt with in the utual manner ; and seven citizens, charged at the instance of the Inspector of Nuisances with breaches of the bye-law?, were mulct in the ordinary penalties, Atkinson v. Bainey. — Claim for £1 6s for gooseberry bushes. Ja Igment for plaintiff in the amount claimed, with costs, 11s.
