A COMPLAINT.
TO THB BDITOR OF THE TIJIBS. SiX, — Will you allow me through the columns of your journal to draw the attention of the person at the head of the Railway Department, Invercargill, to the language that is used by one of the engine drivers at present employed between Inrercargill and Winton. If the least thing annoys him at any of the stoppages on the line, he indulges in a storm of the most disgusting anl offensive language that can be used, and loud enough to be heard by every passenger in the train. Such conduct is highly reprehensible. — Yours, &c, A Daily Passengek.
