The Storm Bird left Port Chalmer3 at 7.30 p.m. on the 15th inst., and arriyed at Waikava at noon next day ; landed eight passengers and three tonß cargo, and sailed for Bluff at 3 p.m. same day, where she arrived at 8.30 p.m. When off Slope Point, sighted a ship, name unknown, bound to the northward. Besides eight passen* gere landed at Waikava, she brings twenty-eight passengers, and 30 tons cargo, for this port.
