Great uneasiness prevails from the apprehension of a change in Government policy. A coup d'etat was contemplated, but prevented by the firmness of Victor Emmanuel. Garibaldi has resigned the office of Grand Master of the Italian Freemasons. A Jewish boy, named Cohen, ten years old, has been kidnapped by a priest, with a view of his being christianized. The authorities refuse to deliver Viim to his father.
