Magistrate’s Court.

INVERCARGILL DISTRICT. The following list of Sittings for 1905 has been arranged by the Stipendiary Magistrate, pursuant to The Magistrate’s Court Act, 1893.’

The Court will sit daily at Invercargill, except on Saturdays, but Civil Business will be taken on Thursdays and Fridays only, at II a ra.; and on Thursdays and Fridays only unopposed Criminal Informations will be taken at 10 a.m. Criminal informations will be taken at 10 a,m. Old Age Pensions. Old Age Pension Court Sittings will be held at Invercargill on tbs third Friday in each month, at 10 a.m. Licensing Meetings, Awarua Licensing District, on. March Ist, June sth, Sept. 4th, Dee. 4tb. Wallace Licensing District, on March Bth, June 7tb, Sept. 6tb, Dec, 6th. Invercargill Licensing District, on March 10th, June 9th, Sept Btb, Dec. Bth.
