INVERCARGILL DISTRICT. The following list of Sittings for 1904 has been arranged by Jhe Stipendiary Magistrate, pnrsnant to The Magistrate’s Opart Act, 1893.*

Locality. Bluff, at 10 a.m. Lumsden, at 10.30 a.m.... Otautau, at 11.30 a.m. ... ... . ... Orepuki, also Warden’s Court, at 9.30 a.m. Winton, 9 a.m.... .... Wyndham, also Warden’s Court, at 10 a.m. Biverton, also Warden’s Court, at 11 a.m.

The Court will sit daily at Invercargill, except on Saturdays, but Civil Business will be taken on Thursdays and Fridays only, at 11 am.; and bn Thursdays and Fridays only unopposed Criminal Informations will be taken at 10 a.m. Old Age Pensions. Old Age Pension Court Sittings will be held at Invercargill on the third Friday in each month, at 10 a.m. Licensing Meetings. Awarua Licensing District, on March 7tb, June 6th', Sept. sth, Dec sth. Wallace Licensing District, on March 2nd, June 7tb, Sept. 6tb, Dec 6th. Invercargill Licensing District, on March 4th, June 10th, Sept 2nd, Deo 2nd.
