Possession will be given on the day of sale. The purchaser must deposit a statutory declaration, as required by section 195 of “ The Land Act, 1892,” and pay the sum of the half-year’s rent at the rate offered, and license fee, @n the fall of the hammer, together with the full amount of valuation for improvements.
