SITTING- OF ASSESSMENT COURT under ‘ The Government Valuation of Land Act Amendment Act 1900.’ It ia hereby notified that an Aesessment Court consisting of SAMUEL EARNEST McCARTHY, Esq., Stipendiary Magistrate, THOMAS GREEN, Esq., and WILLIAM FORRESTER, Esq,, will, in accordance with ‘The Government Valuation of Land Act Amendment Act, 1900,’ sit at the Court House, Invercargill, on Monday, May 6th, at 11 a.m for the purpose of hearing objections to the revised District Valuation Rolls for the AWARUA RIDING, OUTLYING INVERCARGILL ROAD DISTRICT (merged), and OTERAMIKA ROAD DISTRICT. N.B. —Objectors in Oteramika Road District will also have an opportunity of appearing at Wyndham Court on 28th May. JOHN McGOWAN, Valuer-General. Valuation Department, Wellington, 25th April, 1901.
