Roosters and old hens, Is to Is 4d ; pullets to Is lOd each; ducks, Is 3d to Is 8d each ; turkeys, 4s each. Pigs.—7o penned ; prices fair. Suckers 3s to 6s; weaners, 6s to 10s ; one nice pen of slips, 20s each. Potatoes. —Derwents, £3 to £3 10s per ton. Onions. —7s to 8s per cwt. Chaff. —60s to 655. Wheat. —8s per bag. Barley. —6s per bag. Fruit. —Bananas, 15s; pears, 9s to 14s ; apples, 4s to 9s ; plums, 2d lb ; tomatoes, 2d to 2|d ; peaches, 3d to 3|d ; quinces, 4s 6d; pie melons, 7s per cwt; oranges, 9s per case ; grapes 6d to lOd lb.
