‘ What dogs are these, Sandy P ’ inquired a gentleman, of a lad who was dragging a couple of waspishlooking terriers along a street in Edim burgh.
‘ I dunna ken, sir, ’ replied the mehin, ‘ they came wi’ the lailway, and they ate the direction, and dunna ken whar tae gang. ’
