BOROUGH OF INVERCARGILL. ANNUAL ELECTION OF COUNCILLORS. OTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at ' the nomination of candidates for the election to the office of Councillors for North, Second, Third, and South Wards held at noon this day, the following nominations were received : Fob North Ward— JAMES THOMSON Fob Second Ward— THOMAS FERGUSON SMYTH. Foe Third Ward— JOHN STEAD. Foe South Ward CHARLES STEPHEN LONGUET. The number of Candidates nominated in each of the above-mentioned Wards not being in excess of the vacancies to be filled, I hereby declare the aforesaid James Thomson, Thomas Ferguson Smyth, John Stead, and Charles Stephen Longuet to be duly elected Councillors for the ensuing term.
