WHO’S WHO.
‘ Who’s Who in 1896’ has some curious and interesting personal statistics. The oldest Cabinet Minister, it says, is Viscount Cross, Lord Privy Seal, aged seventy-two ; the youngest is Mr Walter Long, President of the Board of Agriculture, aged forty-one. The oldest member of her Majesty’s Privy Council is Mr Charles Pelham Villiers, aged ninty-four; the youngest, Mr Walter Gordon-Lennox, aged thirty. The oldest Duke is the Duke of Northumberland, aged eighty-five; the youngest the Duke of Leinster (a minor), aged eight. The oldest marquis is the Marquis of Northampton, aged reventy-seven ; the youngest the Marquis of Headfort (a minor), aged se* enteen. The oldest earl is the Earl of Mansfield (who is the the oldest peer of the realm), aged eighty-nine; the youngest is the Earl of Leitrim (a minor), aged sixteen. '
