The Corryvrechan’s cargo of New Zealand (Timaru) wheat has been sold at 28s 6d. ’
Linseed oil is quoted at 345. Mutton—Crossbred wethers and maiden ewes, Canterbury, 4^d; Dunedin and Southland, 4£d; North Island, 3 15-16 d. Lamb, prime Canterbury, s|d ; fair average, including Dunedin, Southland, Wellington and secondary Canterbury, s|d; River Plate crossbred or merino wethers, heavy, 3 11-16 d; light, 3 9-16 d. New Zealand beef, 1801 b to 2201 b, fair average quality, ox fores, to 3|d; ox hinds, 3|d. Received 1.29 a.m., November 27th. SYDNEY, November 26. At the wool sales competition was animated. Good wools are unchanged, but inferior are a little easier compared with the prices ruling last week. MELBOURNE, November 26. At the wool sales there was a brisk demand, American and Continental buyers operating freely. Good merinos and crossbreds, specially suitable for America, were fully and medium and inferior merino -jd above last week’s prices. Inferior crossbreds were easier.
