On the Court resuming this morning. His Honour granted the application foi leave to apply to the Court of Appeal fm a new trial in the Styche case, bub stated that he could not admit the accused U bail. He sentenced him to seven years imprisonment with hard labour, the sec ter.ee' to be suspended till the next sittings of the Court of Appeal or until the matter is earlied dealt with.
