Young, in which Francis Selina Young sought dissolution of her marriage with Robert Hunter Young, late of Gisborne, on the ground of desertion. Ebsnezer Swinerd v. Jane Swinerd, with costs against a co-respondent, George Bellingham, of New South Wales. Lillian Hamer v. James Nathaniel Hamer, on account of the latter’s admitted adultery in Wellington. Sarah Jackson v. John George Jackson, for alleged cruelty and deserrion. Ann Charlotte Yallance v. Walter Ray- - mond Yallance, on .account of adultery. WELLINGTON, November 23. The second ease against Brother Kilian, for an assault in school against a Maori i boy, whom he is alleged to have punched . on the eye. is proceeding in the Supreme Court.
