Of fifty-onecases of plague at Mauritius last week, 36 were fatal. , The plague has appeared at Mazud, near Delagoa Bay. Received August 21 st, 8.30 a.m. Lisbon, August 21. The outbreak of the plague at Oporto has been braced to the importation of rice from India. Refugees from Oporto have surreptiously entered Spain.
