United Press Association— By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. Received February 2nd, 4.30 p.m. - Sydney, February 2. A tragedy occurred at Paddington today. A man, name unknown, shot and killed a young woman named Miss Flyon. It .is understood that they quarrelled over an engagement ring, which the girl refused to return. The man first attempted to shoot her in the kitchen, but she rushed into the street, and he shot her in the back, and then shot himself In the mouth and side. He . is in a precarious condition. had been married secretly, but it is not certain whether Kelly was aware of this. Received February 3rd, 9.30 a.m. February 3. Flynn and Kelly became acquainted through the former advertising for a husband. It is believed she was deceiving him. They quarrelled over money, which Kelly wanted returned.
