CYCLING.

(By Telegraph.) OAMARU, March 11. The North Otago Cycling Club held their annual sports meeting to-day. The championship half-mile bicycle race was won, by T. Clarkson, with A, R. Barker second. J. Smith third ; the ten-mile by A. R. Barker, Clarkson second, T. Thpm* son third. Thompson, of Wellington, won the two arid three-mile bicycle rapes, and was second in the one mile. T. K. Macky, of Dunedin, won the 225 yards and half-mile amateur foot races.
