The following are results of the combined foursomes which were played on Thursday last : Mr Gray and Mrs Brodrick beat Mr Gunn and Mrs Smithson. Mr Sommerville and Miss McLaren beat Mr McGregor and Miss Hart. Mr Leech and Miss Holt beat Dr Cox and Miss Eevell. Mr Smithson and Mrs Eoden beat Mr Ferguson and Miss Mendelson. Mr Turner and Miss L, Revell beat Mr Jefferson and Miss Leech. The following is . the draw for the second round, which will be played off next week ; Mr Leech and Mr Holt play Mr Smithson and Mrs Foden. Mr Turner and Miss L. Eevell play MiGray and Mrs Brodrick. Mr Sommerville and Miss MaeLaren, a bye.
