THE WEATHER.
(By Telegraph.)
Tho weather this morning had lost the half promise of yesterday, and instead of being clearer was cloudier and steady rain fell. The wind had however veered somewhat to tho southward, and this is encouraging, as so long as it remained in tho cast, there was little chance of tho warm mugginess being cleared off.
