NAPIER, May 4,

In connection with the recent Omaha disturbances, for promoting which Airini _ Donnelly and others were committed for trial on a charge of forcible entry, a counter charge has been brought against Broughton and his party for breaking into a tent and throwing it off the ground. The said tent was erected and occupied by Airini’s followers. The Resident Magistrate to-day committed Broughton, bis brother, and an employee named Hales for trial.
