Grace, vicar of Great Harding, who published a catechism in which he denounced it as a sin, equal to lying and theft, to attend a dissenting place of worship, has been censured by the Bishop of St. Albans for his publication. r ihe Bishop says that the vioar’s assertions are most unrighteous. In South Wales the offensive words had been printed on election placards and done a great deal of mischeif. His Lordship adds that he fears ho can do nothing to restrain Mr Grace, tie’ jjoped that such publications, which he had to notice 20 years ago, bad now gone out of date. Their revival bad caused groat gcandal. /
