The Freemans Journal pub'ishes a statement to the effect that the Government intend shortly to introduce a revolutionary Land Bill. (Special to Press Association.) (Received 1.20 p.m. April 17th.) London, April 16. Mr William O’Brien, M.P., has commenced proceedings against the Marqnis of Salisbury for libel. The alleged libellous statement is contained in a recent speech made by the Premier, in the course of which he accused Mr O’Brien of advocating murder and pillage in Ireland.
