The firing for ordnance prizes by members of the 0 Battery, N,Z. Artillery was held this morning at Patiti Point. Three detachments, with the garrison gun and the howitzer were on the ground. Captain Hamersley was in command, and Captain Dundas watched the competition on behalf of Government. The exact results are not yet available, but the first place in drill and firing was taken by the 'detachment under Bombardier Turnbull.
